This Privacy Policy describes how KonradSAguide Growth OS (“the Application”) collects, uses, and handles information when you use this service.

1. About This Application

KonradSAguide Growth OS is a personal YouTube channel management tool operated by Konrad Harm (@KonradSAguide). It helps manage, optimise, and schedule YouTube content for the KonradSAguide channel, which covers adventure motorcycle travel across Southern Africa.

2. Data We Access

The Application uses the YouTube Data API v3 to access and manage a single YouTube channel owned and operated by the same individual who runs this application. Specifically, the Application:

• Reads video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails) from the channel owner’s own channel
• Reads analytics and performance data from the channel owner’s own channel
• Writes updated metadata and thumbnails to the channel owner’s own channel upon explicit approval by the channel owner
• Does not access any other user’s data

3. How We Use Data

All YouTube data accessed by this Application is used solely to:

• Display channel analytics and video performance to the channel owner
• Generate AI-assisted metadata and thumbnail suggestions for review by the channel owner
• Apply approved optimisations to the channel owner’s own videos

No data is shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising. No data from any user other than the channel owner is accessed or stored.

4. Data Storage

Video metadata and analytics data is stored locally on the server running this application, accessible only to the channel owner. OAuth tokens used to authenticate with YouTube are stored in a secured configuration file accessible only to the server administrator.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party APIs:

• YouTube Data API v3 (Google LLC) — to read and update YouTube channel data. Subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
• Google Gemini API (Google LLC) — to generate AI-assisted content suggestions.

6. Your Rights
