These Terms of Service govern your use of KonradSAguide Growth OS (the “Application”), a personal YouTube channel management tool.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this Application, you agree to these Terms. This is a single-user personal tool; access is restricted to the channel owner.

2. Use of YouTube API Services

This Application accesses YouTube data through the YouTube Data API v3. By using this Application, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

3. Permitted Use

This Application is designed exclusively for personal use by the channel owner to manage their own YouTube channel. It is not intended for use by third parties.

4. Data Handling

All YouTube data accessed via this Application is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.

5. Revocation of Access

YouTube API access can be revoked at any time via Google Account Permissions.
